Cancellation Policy
24-48 Hour notice for cancellation and rebooking is required. If less that 24 hours notice is given the client will be required to pay a cancellation fee if we cannot get the appointment filled. No shows, same day cancellations and reschedules are billed at 50%. If you are excessively late, it is considered a no show. For bookings of 60 minutes or longer, 48 Hours notice is required. Credit card on file is required to book and will be charged when/if policy is enforced.
